We understand that plans can change, so here’s how our refund policy works:

  • More than 7 days before the lesson: You will receive a full refund.
  • Between 48 hours and 7 days before the lesson: You will receive a 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before the lesson: Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund.

If you have any further questions or need to cancel, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

Refunds will only be issued in the case of a complete closure of the resort with no lifts operating

In the case of extreme weather conditions or a complete closure of the lifts, we will do our best to reschedule your lesson based on availability. Alternatively, we may offer a voucher for a lesson during the following season or for another week within the current season.

If lifts are operational despite challenging weather conditions, lessons will proceed as scheduled. However, if you’d prefer, you can request to reschedule based on availability.

Absolutely. You can opt for a credit toward a future lesson of the same length, valid for the following season or for another week within the current season
